About Us

History
Genesis was established at the end of 2000 to do actuarial calculations for the United Kingdom Pensions Review. Within a period of six months we recruited and trained almost 30 actuaries and actuarial students to do the work, which was done on an outsourced basis from South Africa. After the bulk of the Pension Review work was completed in July 2002 a flexible, independent and very capable core team of about 10 actuaries continues to involved in South African work.

Genesis is a member of (European Actuarial Consultancy Services), Europe's oldest network of independent actuarial and pensions consultancy firms. We are the first member firm accepted for membership outside of Europe, and through this association we can include current cutting-edge developments in the European markets into the uniquely African solutions which we develop for our clients.

Nigeria
Genesis Actuarial Solutions provides actuarial services throughout Africa. With an office in Lagos, Nigeria, we supply actuarial skills and expertise needed to service our local clients within the region.
